Q: What is your pricing policy?
A: Our Screen printing price structure is all-inclusive, meaning there are no separate setup fees, screen charges, or re-order fees. The only requirement you must meet is our 12 piece order minimum. Our prices are based primarily on quantity (the more shirts you order, the less you will pay per shirt). Other factors such as your choice of garments, print colors and locations will also factor into your final price. If you are operating on a tight budget, check out our money saving tips.Our Artwork pricing is separate from screen printing prices. Art charges are a flat fee of $35.00 per hour, billed in half-hour increments. Billable art hours could include anything from a logo clean-up or re-draw to a new custom design.
Q: What are your minimum order requirements?
A: Our minimum order is 12 pieces. Keep in mind that our prices are based on quantity and will drop significantly when ordering in higher quantities.
Q: How long will my order take to complete?
A: Screen printing – most orders ship within 7 to 10 business days of final art approval. Large quantities may take longer.

A: Rush service is available for an extra fee, Please contact us for details.
Q: When and how do I pay for my order?
A: Local orders can pay 50% deposit up front and the remainder on delivery.
A: Order being shipped. Payment is due before we can start your order. We gladly accept cash, money-orders, Visa, Master-card, Discover, American Express and Paypal.
Q: What is your re-order policy?
A: Customers can place a re-order at any time. Prices are based on quantity and must meet the minimum order requirement of 12 pieces.
Q: What types of artwork do you accept?
A: Artwork can be created in our art department or supplied to us by the customer. We accept anything from an idea or rough sketch, to finished print-ready art.We have a PC based art department running Adobe Illustrator CS6, Photoshop CS6 . We can accept the following file formats, .ai, .psd, .eps, .tif, .jpg. Artwork should be submitted to us at (200-300) dpi & at final print size (up to 14″ x 18″).For Vector based artwork (Illustrator, Coreldraw) convert all text to curves or include font files with artwork.For Raster based artwork (Photoshop, tif, gif, jpg) send artwork at desired print size with a resolution of 200 – 300 dpi.
