From the home page click blank apparel from the menu. You will see a cultivated list of our best selling garments, however you can use the drop down filters to browse hundreds of available styles from all the top brands. For this project I definitely want to use the Next Level 3600. It’s a high quality, preshrunk, 100% cotton t-shirt. Its holds up for hundreds of washes, and has a smooth surface, which is perfect for screen printing.

On the product details page click the color swatches to preview the garment colors, and then
click add to project if you want to browse additional styles before going to the next step.
Or press the big blue button to continue with you quote.

Remember each project needs to have at least 12 pcs to meet our minimum. Simply check or uncheck the color swatches to add or remove colors from the project.
If you choose to remove a specific garment from your project, simply press the remove garment button directly under the garment you wish to remove. Notice in the status bar the price updates as you add or update your garment size quantities. Then click next to proceed to the next step.

Define your print colors, and locations.
Start by selecting how wide you want your graphic to print. A nice trick for this is to grab a ruler, and stand in front of a mirror to see the scale.

Choose your print distance. Standard print distance is 2.5 inches from the collar hem to the top of the art, but everyone has their personal preference for print position.

Click the upload button, to add your desired art file for your tee shirt graphic.
Next click the color wheel to select the print colors that are in your graphic. Don’t forget you can also specify your back, and sleeve prints if you choose to have multiple print locations. Now you are ready to click next.

With this step you can specify the type of ink you want to use. You can view a detailed description of each ink type by clicking the link in each description. Plastisol ink is the standard for most screen printed tee shirts. Once you’ve chosen your ink, click next again to proceed.

The next step is the finishing’s, which are a few extras you can add to your prints such as: Neck label prints, having your shirts folded and poly bagged with corresponding size stickers, and sewn in hem tags for your custom screen printed tee shirts. Click next one more time to take you to the project overview.

Here you can modify the garment quantity by changing the number and clicking update quantity. Editing other areas is easy, just click the word link in the relevant column to make adjustments.

Click the “Add new project button” at the bottom of the screen if you need to create a second screen print project. Just keep in mind that if you want to add additional projects, each project must atleast have 12 garments.

Then select your turnaround time. If you’re in the phoenix area you are welcome to pick up, but if you need them shipped we offer free ground shipping nationwide. Enter your zip code, and select the UPS service you need. Your estimated date is here based on the options you selected.

Within 48 hours of placing your order we will upload digital mock up for you to review, and approve. Print Production will not start until you approve the mocks.

To finish click place order to process the job, or click save project to save this project for a later date.
