Alyson Medical, a medium sized diabetic syringe supplier had been shifting its marketing efforts away from the web and into trade shows over the course of 3 years. After their second year they decided they needed to create a spectacle to generate more buzz around their booth.

Challenge

Alison medical had been working to grow their customer base for years. in the pharmaceutical industry. After years of shelling out thousands to activate the event they were seeing very little return on the show investment. They were desperate to stand out at the next tradeshow.

Insights

We talked with them about activation options, this was the first interaction we had with a booth that was interested in capturing leads not just handing out free  souvenirs.  After some back and forth we came up with a layout that would allow Allison medical to capture the attendee info, in exchange for the garment, from there the attendee would move to our station to decorate the garment.

The attendance for the booth was better than they could have expected. So much so that it became obvious they would need a better cms on the next show to keep up with the intrest from guests.

Follow up:
The next year they made sure to lock down a cms that would allow them to digitally capture a name and email on a tablet, and using a mail campaign they could follow up with the potential buyers. Leads generated from the event have helped them to grow their client base by 300% over 2 years. Absolutely incredible results. This kind of opportunity is not uncommon for tradeshows when live printing is activated
